10. Temple run

Temple run is a fun and challenging game that never seems to end. You try to run without dying and getting a high score.You are being run after by 3 monkeys in a temple.

9. Paper toss

Paper Toss: the aim of this game is to get the paper in the bin from a certain distance. It’s quite hard but good fun!

8.Jet-pack Joyride

In jet-pack joyride you try to complete the missions it gives you and collect coins to buy new cloths jet-pack etc.

7.100 Exits

100 exits is a game where you have to go through 100 floors but do a hard puzzle to go up one.

6. Amazing Alex

Amazing Alex is another puzzle game where you have to make inventions to make a ball go through a basket and collect all the stars at the same time.

5. Talking Larry the Bird

Talking Larry the bird is a fun game where whatever you say Larry parrots it back (in a funny voice).

Ibooth is a really funny booth where you get to make people look really funny in different kinds of ways.

In this game this old lady called Granny Smith LOVES Granny Smith apples and a boy is stealing them all. Can you get them before he does? You have to jump if u don’t you will fall behind and you have to use your walking stick to hold onto things.

In bad piggies you make your own inventions to try get a lost plan and collect three stars at the same time.

We chose these apps because they are the most popular in the app store and our friends like them best. What do you think?

Street Food Tycoon

Street Food Tycoon is a OK game but you have to get used to the game.

You need practice to make perfect. It is a difficult game when you first try it.

The aim of the game is to give everyone what they want to eat, but do it quickly because their is a time limit. It goes faster as you pass the levels. If you run out of food you could quickly reload it. As you can see in the image below, people place orders and you have to make the food as fast as possible. You’ve also got to remember to clean the counter.

We have mixed opinions about this game. It gets challenging but not much changes so you could get bored of it.

Street Food Tycoon is a free app which can be used on iphones or ipads. Mr Moorhouse said the game was quite useful for improving numeracy. The image below shows that you have to think carefully about spending money and making profits.
